Utilizing the experience gained by opening multiple restaurants, bars and quick service locations in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Westchester, Boston and London (UK), former executive chef Michael Boulos has returned home to the Hudson Valley and is offering his unique skills as a restaurant consultant. Geared towards small businesses that often can’t afford the year round support that larger restaurant groups take for granted. Offering targeted solutions to specific problems, our goal is to give you more control over your business by taking important tasks off your hands in a difficult industry where we are all too often left to fend for ourselves.
