Following a long career as a chef, Michael Boulos has hung up his clogs & apron. Utilizing his experience having opened over 16 venues in New York, Boston and London, Michael conceived Hudson River Hospitality Services as a way to help others achieve their culinary dreams.
Our culinary services are designed for the home consumer looking to spice up their stove life with small bespoke events, cooking lessons and more. All cooking is done on site at your home or a venue of your choosing, with custom menus prepared for each event.
Our consulting services are designed to assist those in the hospitality business by offering the experienced eye, and palate, of an industry veteran who has opened locations in Westchester, NYC, Boston and London.
