There is no cost for an initial site visit and discussion about your businesses needs. Working with us as an independent contractor, you get the professionalism, knowledge & problem-solving acumen of a top notch executive chef/manager without committing to another salaried position. Depending on your needs, there are several services we can provide:
We will sit down and discuss a plan of action to ensure a smooth and successful opening for your business. We will schedule 20-25 hours of on-site consultation work per week, in order to expedite the process of opening, by organizing staff & management with roles & responsibilities; setting clear goals & deadlines; perfecting the menu; practicing & training for proper food handling; and put the finishing touches on both the functional & aesthetic design of the space.
A full consultation may include any of the services outlined below, as long as they are done during scheduled hours on-site. Off-site work may be billed separately if required and requested by the client. Phone call, e-mail and text support is included and not billed for.

DOH Walkthrough/Mock Inspection
It always helps to have an extra set of eyes, and it doesn’t hurt when those eyes are Serv-Safe certified and have kept dozens of restaurants & bars food safe and DOH compliant.
Training sessions for both FOH and BOH employees is integral to a successful opening. We will work with you to make sure that all staff is prepared for opening day.
