One-of-a-Kind events for you and your guests
We have several specialty events packages that have become traditions for Chef Michael over the years and are available for both the home customer, as well as restaurants, bars or organizations that would like to host a different sort of event. While most of these events are presented as packages below, there is always the option to make changes based on your specific needs or requests. Pricing depends on the type of event, number of guests, seasonal market pricing as well as any add-ons or extras.

Louisiana Style Crawfish Boil
We’ll have live crawfish from Louisiana shipped straight to your door for this Cajun feast. Featuring all the crawdads you can eat cooked in our specially seasoned boil, with Andouille sausage, corn on the cob, potatoes, mushrooms, garlic and aromatics.
We provide everything you need, including hot sauce, bibs, wet-naps and newspaper for the tables. Chef Michael will prepare your boil outdoors and serve to all your guests.

Chef Michael will arrive and fire up the charcoal for an classic backyard BBQ. With burgers, dogs, barbecue chicken, corn on the cob, potato salad, buttermilk slaw & a watermelon-feta salad. Veggie dogs or burgers available upon request.
We’ll provide the chef, grill, charcoal, & grub.
